The DM Janata Darbar Chakmaghat took place on 03 February 2026 at Chakmaghat Barrage to address public grievances and improve grassroots-level service delivery. Through this initiative, the district administration strengthened its commitment to transparent, responsive, and citizen-centric governance.
Public Grievances Addressed Promptly
During the Janata Darbar, citizens submitted applications related to Food, Income, Revenue, ST, SC, OBC, PRTC, and SRO services. Importantly, officials examined these applications on the same day. As a result, the administration disposed of many cases immediately, thereby reducing delays and unnecessary follow-ups.
On-the-Spot Service Delivery Across Departments
Moreover, multiple departments ensured on-the-spot service delivery to beneficiaries. Consequently, citizens received essential certificates and services without visiting offices repeatedly. In particular, the following services were delivered:
- PRTC Certificates: 35

- ST Certificates: 23
- SC Certificates: 7
- OBC State Certificates: 2
