Women’s Cricket Coaching Camp Promotes Girls Empowerment in South Tripura
Initiative under “Bal Vivah Mukt Bharat”
South Tripura women cricket, The District Administration of South Tripura has launched a Women’s Cricket Coaching Camp under the initiative “Bal Vivah Mukt Bharat.” The camp is being organized in collaboration with the Belonia Cricket Association. It will continue from 15 March to 25 March 2026.
The programme aims to empower young girls through sports and encourage them to build confidence. At the same time, it supports the national campaign against child marriage. Therefore, the initiative highlights the importance of education, self-development, and equal opportunities for girls.
