Boating Service Inaugurated at Balinath Dighi in West Pilak, South Tripura
The Government of Tripura has taken another step to strengthen local tourism. In this direction, the administration inaugurated a boating service at Balinath Dighi under Jolaibari R.D Block, West Pilak Gram Panchayat, in Santirbazar, South Tripura. The initiative focuses on tourism promotion, local recreation, and community development.
Inaugurated by Minister Sukla Charan Noatia
Shri Sukla Charan Noatia, Hon’ble Minister of Cooperation, Tribal Welfare (TRP & PTG), and Welfare of Minorities, Government of Tripura, formally inaugurated the boating service. With this inauguration, the scenic water body opened new opportunities for public use and tourism growth.
The programme took place in the gracious presence of Shri Dipak Datta, Sabhadipati, South Tripura Zilla Parishad. Moreover, officials from the local administration and members of the public attended the event.
