Bru Camp Residents Access Multiple Government Services at Karbook Outreach Camp
Karbook, Gomati District | July 23: The Karbook Sub-Divisional Administration organized a Public Service Camp on Thursday at the Bru Camp in New Gomati ADC Village under Karbook Block. The initiative brought essential government services closer to people living in remote areas.
Residents Receive Essential Services
Officials from several government departments provided a wide range of services during the camp. Medical teams conducted health check-ups and offered basic treatment. Staff also handled Aadhaar card registration and updates. Residents applied for Scheduled Tribe (ST) Certificates, Permanent Resident Certificates (PRC), and Ayushman Bharat Health Cards. Officials also accepted applications for different welfare schemes.
Strong Public Participation
Many Bru camp residents attended the camp and completed important documentation. They updated records, submitted new applications, and received government services without travelling long distances. Many participants appreciated the smooth and well-organized arrangements.
Senior Officials Visit the Camp
Karbook Block BDO Subhrajit Pal, the Deputy Collector and Magistrate (DCM) of Karbook Sub-Division, and officers from different line departments visited the camp. They interacted with residents and reviewed the services. The officials encouraged staff to deliver quick, transparent, and citizen-friendly assistance.
Administration Focuses on Remote Areas
The administration plans to organize similar outreach camps across remote villages. Officials want to improve access to government services and increase awareness of welfare schemes. They also aim to help more eligible families receive the benefits available to them.
